1. General Return Policy (Buy Online, Pick Up from Store)
● Products purchased online and collected from our partner stores can be returned within 7 days of pickup, provided they are in unused, original condition with packaging intact.
● To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@wholesaleprice.ca with
your order details.
● Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business
days after inspection and approval of the returned product.
● Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products, opened electronics, and
clearance items) are non-returnable.
2. Refund Conditions
● If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a full refund or replacement will be
provided at no extra cost.
● If a customer cancels an order before pickup, a refund will be issued after deducting any
applicable transaction or processing fees.
● Refunds will not be granted for items returned without original packaging or outside
the eligible return period.
● Customer should inspect any product when picking up from pickup zone.
3. Cancellation & Refund:
○ If you fail to complete your booking within 24 hours, your booking will be
automatically canceled, and the $10 booking fee is non-refundable.
○ If the transaction is canceled by WholesalePrice.ca (e.g., due to compliance or
processing issues), you will receive a full refund, including the booking fee.
4. No Hidden Charges:
We guarantee no service fees or hidden charges apart from the
fixed booking fee.
